Shipping policy
1. Domestic Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping across Egypt through our logistics partner, J&T Express Egypt. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Service Coverage: All Egyptian governorates (except North Sinai).
• Delivery Times: 1–5 business days after dispatch.
• Weight Limit: Up to 30 kg per shipment.
• Pickup Services: Available upon request. Our courier will collect your package from your specified address.
2. International Shipping
We also provide international shipping to selected countries. Delivery time and availability may vary based on destination and customs regulations.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.
• Duties & Taxes: The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000). Additional charges may apply for remote areas or oversized packages.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order status in real-time on our website or mobile app.
5. Prohibited Items
